Technical installations
The technical installations are laid on the concrete or wood planking foundation.
Dry underfloor
When the technical systems are installed, a dry substructure is created composed of insulating mineral granulate on top of which is laid a wood fibre panel and a gypsum fibre panel.
Dry underfloor
This dry underfloor built to cover the installations has a wood or cork fibre panel placed on top of it.
Staple with radiant pipes section
The staple is used to attach the radiant piping.
Dry brought sand in bags
The sand is brought to the work site already dried in bags with a granulometric curve (patented in the Turin Polytechnical College), ideal for heat transfer.
Sand layer
Dry substructure in dried sand created in the floor above the underfloor heating installation.
Vapour barrier
Greaseproof paper or transpiring material is placed above the sand layer, to create a vapour barrier.
Gypsum fibre panel
Underfloor created with hard gypsum fibre panels.
Nailing of parquet
The solid tapped wood parquet is directly nailed to the hard gypsum-fibre underfloor.
Parquet laying complete
On completion of the work the surface of the parquet is perfectly calibrated (the innumerable gaps between one plank and the other are absent, unlike in the bonded version).
Protective nylon
The parquet is covered with a sealant nylon layer to protect from atmospheric humidity and from subsequent work.
